Domain and Service Inventory
Websites, databases, email accounts, DNS records, SSL certificates, cron jobs, and PHP versions are recorded.
Plesk and cPanel migration is the service of transferring website files, databases, email accounts, and their history, DNS records, SSL certificates, and panel-specific configurations to a new server environment without data loss.
Server transitions between hosting control panels are sensitive processes that cannot be left solely to automated panel transfer tools (cPanel Transfer Tool, Plesk Migrator, etc.). While most automated tools can miss specific PHP add-on compatibility issues, large email boxes (mailboxes), or customized database parameters.
During the process, each domain to be transferred is detailedly inventoried for PHP/runtime versions, cron jobs, email volumes, DNS authoritative servers, and external dependencies. After on-premises host redirection testing and pre-synchronization, only the latest data differences (delta sync) are taken live, and DNS records are updated under controlled conditions.
Websites, databases, email accounts, DNS records, SSL certificates, cron jobs, and PHP versions are recorded.
PHP versions, extensions, web server (Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed), and database parameters on the target server are tested for differences.
Website files, database, and email data are transferred beforehand; only the latest data differences are synchronized during the outage window.
Website pages, dynamic forms, email reception/sending processes, SSL configurations, and DNS resolutions are thoroughly validated end-to-end.

Email boxes (mailboxes) are transferred without loss after pre-synchronization and DNS changes. Both servers are monitored during the DNS propagation period to prevent message loss.
No guarantee can be given. Code or extensions written for an older PHP version may fail on the new version; therefore, compatibility tests are performed before the transfer, and temporary compatible versions can be assigned or code fixes planned if necessary.
The duration depends on the TTL (Time to Live) values in the current DNS records and the Internet Service Provider's (ISP) caching policies. Before the transfer, TTL values are reduced to minimize uncertainty and waiting time during the transition.
