Current State Discovery and Network Analysis
Physical and logical network topologies, active device configurations, bandwidth usage, packet loss rates, and user complaints are recorded.
Network consulting is a service that transforms the existing local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN) of organizations into a producer-independent, deployable architecture improvement plan by examining their performance, cybersecurity, capacity, scalability, and business continuity standards.
Misconfigured or complexifying networks over time can lead to performance bottlenecks, high packet loss, security breaches, and unpredictable system failures. The fundamental approach in network optimization is to analyze traffic direction, access requirements, and business criticality levels before considering brand or hardware dependencies.
During the process, network topology, Layer 2 / Layer 3 switching and routing protocols, VLAN segmentation, Zero Trust access principles, SD-WAN architectures, wireless network coverage area (Wi-Fi Site Survey), firewall rule sets, and single points of failure (SPOF) are risk-based prioritized.
Physical and logical network topologies, active device configurations, bandwidth usage, packet loss rates, and user complaints are recorded.
Bottlenecks consuming high bandwidth, single points of failure (SPOF), unauthorized transitions, and access paths are identified.
IP address and VLAN segmentation plans, dynamic routing (OSPF/BGP), SD-WAN integration, Wi-Fi RF planning, firewall rule tightening, and redundancy/HA architecture are designed.
Proposed architectural steps are scheduled according to risk level, impact, application cost, and technical dependencies.

No, network consulting is an independent technical consulting service. Hardware and device selections are determined based on objective criteria according to the needs; hardware maintenance can be offered separately if desired.
Most aspects of network topology, configuration reviews, and traffic analysis can be performed remotely. However, physical cabling detection, wireless network field measurement (Wi-Fi Site Survey), or on-site investigations for hardware malfunctions may be necessary.
Network performance is evaluated by analyzing end-to-end latency, jitter, packet loss, throughput, port error counters (CRC errors), and real application flows (NetFlow/sFlow data).
We review your current environment, target and technical requirements in a 20–30 minute call. Scope, assumptions, deliverables and pricing are documented before work begins.
